Job Summary:

We are looking for a diligent and persuasive Tele Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Make outbound calls to customers with overdue accounts.

·         Remind customers of outstanding payments and due dates.

·         Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing issues.

·         Maintain detailed records of calls, payment commitments, and follow-ups.

·         Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.

·         Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

·         Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·         Minimum 0 to 5 years of experience in collections or customer service.

·         Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·         Ability to handle difficult conversations with tact and professionalism.

·         Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

·         Fluency in Hindi, English. 10th pass

Compensation & Benefits:

·         Salary: [15k to 20k]
