Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive with experience in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries related to platforms, orders, and system processes, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat in a professional and timely manner
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams such as IT, logistics, warehouse, and operations
• Manage order tracking, returns, refunds, and escalations
• Maintain records of customer interactions and technical issues
• Escalate complex technical problems to the relevant teams
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of experience in customer support within the e-commerce industry
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, and order management systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to handle high-volume queries and multitask
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with common e-commerce issues like payment failures, tracking errors, and platform bugs
