Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex concerns
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass and Above
Experience: 0 - 2 Years
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle customer complaints effectively and professionally
Willingness to work 6 Working Days during 8Am-6Pm
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
