✨ Customer Service Executive – Ecom Retails Ecommerece Pvt. Ltd. ✨

Join our growing eCommerce team!

📍 Location: The Gateway by Wadhwa, Nahur (Mulund)

💰 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (Full-Time, WFO)

🛠 Role:

• Handle customer calls & WhatsApp/email queries

• Resolve order issues, returns & refunds

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth support

🧩 Skills:

• Good communication

• Basic MS Office

• Problem-solving & customer-handling skills

• Freshers welcome

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

⏰ Office Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
