Job Description

📢 Hiring: Customer Support (Voice Support) – Altice IB – Multinational Company

Location: Airoli

Process: Altice IB

Job Role:

As a Customer Support Executive – Voice Support, you will handle inbound/outbound calls from clients, assist them with queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Strong spoken English, a polite and patient attitude, and a customer-first approach are essential.

Salary & Benefits:

CTC: ₹20,100

ESIC Deduction: ₹350

Transport Deduction: ₹1,600

In-hand Salary: ₹18,150 + ₹4,000 Night Shift Allowance → ₹22,150 total in-hand

Additional Perks:

Client Incentives

Quarterly Incentive: ₹9,000 after 90 days

Home Pickup & Drop 🚗

Medical Insurance up to ₹3 Lakh

Shift Timings:

First Login: 4:30 PM

Last Login: 1:30 AM (any 9-hour window in between)
