Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to travel bookings and inquiries.
• Assist customers with flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings.
• Resolve issues related to cancellations, rescheduling, refunds, or complaints.
• Provide detailed travel information, including visa requirements, travel advisories, and destination highlights.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, hotels) to ensure timely service delivery.
