💰 Salary: Up to ₹14,000 In-Hand

🕑 Shift Timings:

* Female: Any 9 hours between 6 AM – 9 PM

* Male: Any 9 hours between 6 AM – 12 Midnight

  📅 Working Days: 6 days a week

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle both chat and voice-based customer interactions

* Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner

* Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests through calls and chats with a problem-solving approach

* Accurately log customer interactions and track follow-ups

* Provide timely and relevant solutions to customer issues

* Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex concerns

* Achieve performance targets like response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

* Must be a Graduate

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to multitask between chat and voice processes

* Flexible to work in rotational shifts (as per mentioned timing)

* Prior experience in BPO/Customer Service will be an added advantage
