Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement & Follow-up
• Call and respond promptly to incoming leads from social media platforms, website queries, and other referral sources.
• Build rapport with prospects in a courteous and friendly manner, acting as the first point of contact for patients.
• Understand customer concerns related to dental and skin care and provide accurate information.
2. Appointment Management
• Schedule appointments with doctors based on lead requirements and clinic availability.
• Ensure patients receive confirmations and reminders for their appointments.
• Follow up post-appointment to collect feedback and encourage further sessions when required.
3. Relationship Building
• Establish long-term relationships with patients through regular follow-ups and personal engagement.
• Act as a trusted counselor to patients, guiding them through treatment options and addressing concerns with empathy.
