Crystal Group is a growing player in the Cold Chain Warehouse industry, committed to delivering efficient, reliable, and high-quality temperature-controlled storage solutions. We are expanding our business development team and looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to support our growth initiatives.
The Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) will play a key role in lead generation, client coordination, and business development support for our Cold Chain Warehouse vertical. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in cold calling, and capable of independently generating and nurturing leads to drive revenue growth.
Conduct cold calling activities to generate new business opportunities.
Independently generate leads through market research, networking, references, and online platforms.
Map potential markets and create a strong, qualified lead database.
Identify key decision-makers and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers (BDMs).
Hand over qualified leads to BDMs for revenue conversion.
Conduct competitor benchmarking, including pricing and market positioning analysis.
Maintain and regularly update CRM systems with accurate lead and client information.
Manage client SLAs, collect feedback, and follow up on renewals.
Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and concerns.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and share insights with BDMs.
Female candidate preferred.
Graduation preferred (any educational background can apply).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong confidence in cold calling and independent lead generation.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
