Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages.

• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues effectively.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

• Promote company services and provide necessary product/service details.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a professional and empathetic attitude.

• Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages will be an advantage).

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).

• Strong problem-solving skills and patience to handle customer queries.

• Ability to work in shifts if required.
