Key Responsibilities:
Manage Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and chats regarding order status, menu details, and delivery timelines.
Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints regarding food quality or missing items with empathy and speed.
Coordinate Logistics: Work closely with the kitchen and delivery partners to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and issue resolutions in our system.
Job Requirements:
Education: Minimum Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant experience.
Experience: 0–2 years in customer service (Experience in the F&B industry is a plus).
Skills: Excellent verbal communication in English/Hindi and a polite, helpful attitude.
Availability: Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends.
