Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, with a good typing speed and a strong passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally and efficiently

• Understand customer queries and provide accurate, valid, and complete information

• Resolve customer complaints quickly, professionally, and within set timelines

• Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline

• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Bengali (both verbal and written) is a must

• Good command over grammar and sentence formation

• Typing speed of at least 20-40 WPM with high accuracy

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented attitude

• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
