Position: Customer Service Executive
Company/Process: Credit Card Customer Service
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls related to credit cards.
- Resolve customer queries regarding credit card services, schemes, offers, and products.
- Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform partial cross-selling of credit card products, schemes, and offers.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO inbound voice customer service experience.
- Communication: C1-level communication skills required.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Candidate's CIBIL score and past loan repayment/default history will be checked as part of the screening process.
🕒 Shift & Weekly Off
- Day shift – rotational.
- Shift duration: 9 hours, including a 1-hour break.
- Tentative shift window: 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
💰 Salary
- In-hand Salary: up to 34,000 per month.
- CTC: ₹40,000 per month.
🚐 Transportation
- Centralized pickup and drop facility from Thane railway station.
