JOB TYPE:- Full-Time | On-site

ELIGIBILITY :-

1. Education :- Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate (any stream).

2. Experience :- Freshers are welcome

3. Experienced candidates have 6 months experience in Banking and selling.

4. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

WORK TIMINGS :-

• Fixed Day Shift :- 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Weekly Off :- Sunday fixed off

• SALARY :- Up to ₹23,000 (based on experience)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-

1. Promote and sell banking products like Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and CASA accounts.

2. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate financial products.

3. Maintain a positive relationship with customers.

4. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.

5. Provide accurate reports to the team leader or manager.

SKILLS REQUIRED :-

• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products (PL, CC, CASA)

• Excellent convincing and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
