Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Support Associates for the LIC (Life Insurance Corporation) process. This role is ideal for Graduates who are either fresher or have prior experience, and are looking to build a stable and rewarding career in the customer service domain.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Handle customer queries related to LIC policies and services with professionalism and clarity
2) Ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
3) Work collaboratively within a team to meet performance goals and service standard

Eligibility

1) Graduation is a must
2) Fluent in Tamil or Malayalam with good English communication
3) Freshers and experienced both are welcome
Flexible with Day rotational shifts and Weekly rotational offs

Shift timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm (fixed)

Salary: Upto Rs. 23000 per month(cCT)
