We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive (Inbound Voice Process) for a leading Banking Process in Kolkata.

Job Location: Sector V, Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Any 9 hours Rotational Shifts (6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off)
CTC: Up to ₹22,000 per month (In hand 18 - 19K)
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience on paper
Languages Required: English, Hindi & Bengali (Excellent verbal communication mandatory in every languages)
Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls related to banking queries
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally
Maintain quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction
Follow process guidelines and compliance norms
Important Notes:
· No Cab facility will be provided for odd shifts
· Candidates must have their own bike or personal vehicle for commuting
