* Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate, timely, and professional assistance.

* Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.

* Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.

* Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately.

**Shift and Schedule:**

* This is a full-time position with a **rotational shift** schedule.

* The work week is **6 days**, with a single rotational week off.

**Candidate Criteria:**

* **Minimum Education:** Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) pass out.

* **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

* **Knowledge:** Basic understanding of customer service principles and a customer-centric approach.

* **Availability:** Must be an **immediate joiner**.
