Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a US Healthcare process. This role involves handling inbound voice calls. It’s a night shift role with weekends off, ideal for candidates with excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from US-based customers

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
