Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide excellent support to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently, and ensuring delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Experience in handling and enhancing Customer Experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer calling for order confirmation from website
Ability to manage time effectively and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing solutions
Minimum qualification: High school or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
1 Day Visit Bhiwandi Office within a week.
