Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls as per requirement.
  • Provide real time tracking updates and ETA to customers and e-commerce sellers.
  • Coordinate with branch, Hub, warehouse and transporter teams for pickup and delivery issues.
  • Update CRM/TMS with call notes, resolution status and customer feedback.

Requirements:


  • Excellent Communication Skills required.
  • English Proficiency is must.
  • 12th/Graduate Any.
  • Must have previous experience in a Logistics or related field.
