Customer Care Executive

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate (CSA) to join our team. The CSA will be the first point of contact for customers, handling their queries, providing accurate information, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to address customer queries.

• Provide product/service information and guide customers as needed.

• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Process orders, returns, and payments as per company guidelines.

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality service.

• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th pass.

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and resolve issues effectively.

• Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.

Work Environment:

• Work from the office.

• May require flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
