Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

Take customer bookings (Call / WhatsApp / App)

Assign drivers and cars using CRM

Track trips and collect feedback

Basic computer/app usage required

Good communication in Hindi & English

Freshers welcome – full training provided

Shift Timings (Rotational):

7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

2:30 PM – 12:00 AM
