Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for Airtel retention process.
2. Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions to retain them.
3. Maintain high service quality and meet retention targets.
4. Update customer records accurately in the system.
5. Adhere to process guidelines and company policies.
Eligibility:
1. Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
2. Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
3. Gender: Male/Female
4. Communication Skills: Good communication skills (moderate to good proficiency).
Process Details:
1. Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 in-hand
2. Shift Timings: Any 9-hour shift between 9 AM to 8 PM
3. Work Days: 6 days a week
4. Weekly Off: Rotational
