Job Description
We are hiring Customer Care Executives for multiple voice and sales processes in Bengaluru. Candidates will handle customer calls, understand customer requirements, provide suitable assistance, explain products and services, resolve queries, and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable assistance.
Explain products and services clearly.
Handle customer queries and resolve concerns effectively.
Follow up with customers and support sales activities.
Generate leads and assist with sales conversions where required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve assigned process and sales targets.
Eligibility
Qualification: 12th Pass / PUC and above. Graduation is mandatory for selected profiles.
Experience: 0–5 years, depending on the process. Freshers can apply for eligible profiles.
Age: 18–30 years.
Languages: English along with Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi, Marathi or Bengali, depending on the process. Telugu is not accepted for this requirement.
Additional Requirements:
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to work in voice and sales processes.
Immediate joiners preferred.
