Job Summary:

We are hiring Customer Care Executives to handle client queries and provide support related to trading accounts and financial services. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

  • Resolve client queries and complaints promptly

  • Provide accurate information about company products and services

  • Maintain records of customer interactions

  • Escalate issues when required

Eligibility:

  • Any Graduate (Commerce/Finance preferred)
