About the Role:
We are hiring dynamic and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team for the Swiggy process. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving queries, complaints, and ensuring a seamless food delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer queries via calls, chats, or emails related to Swiggy orders.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
Resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Work with team members and management to improve the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
Immediate joiners preferred
