Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service appointments
Remind customers about periodic service, AMC, and value-added services
Follow up on pending service visits and job card closures
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Update customer details and service history in CRM/DMS
Track customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Conduct post-service follow-up calls
Collect customer feedback and CSI scores
Address customer concerns and escalate issues when required
Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop, and Parts teams
Ensure customer commitments are met within promised timelines
