Salary Range: 13K – 17K
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information about travel packages, services, and offers.
Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.
Maintain and update customer records in CRM / Excel systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and confirmations.
Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided to freshers.
Working Schedule & Compensation:
6 days working
