Salary Range: 13K – 17K

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

  • Provide accurate information about travel packages, services, and offers.

  • Address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner.

  • Maintain and update customer records in CRM / Excel systems.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure service satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for bookings and confirmations.

  • Maintain high standards of communication and customer service.

Eligibility & Skills:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate in any discipline.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).

  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Training will be provided to freshers.

Working Schedule & Compensation:

  • 6 days working

  • Salary and incentives as per company policy
