We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Career Counsellor who can guide students, generate leads, and convert inquiries into admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills with a passion for achieving targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Handle complete counselling process including:

Lead generation

Attending walk-ins

Maintaining activity reports

Follow up on:

Telephonic inquiries

Online leads

Walk-in prospects

Convert inquiries into admissions

Achieve monthly billing and collection targets

Manage student batches and fee collection

Coordinate with faculty for batch scheduling

Prepare and send weekly & monthly reports to Head Office

Organize seminars/events for new and existing students

Manage inventory (forms, brochures, books, etc.)
