Position: Collection - Team Leader
📍 Location: HSR Layout, Sector 1, Bangalore
🔹 About the Role We are hiring a Collection Team Leader for a leading loan recovery company (app‑based NBFC model). The candidate will be responsible for managing collections, leading a team, and ensuring timely recovery while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection executives (CREs)
Ensure timely recovery of outstanding loans from app‑based customers
Monitor daily performance, KPIs, and target achievement
Handle escalations and customer issues professionally
Maintain MIS reports and track collection metrics
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Ensure adherence to compliance, data security, and company policies
Conduct daily briefings to keep the team updated on product/process changes
Provide coaching, feedback, and handholding for new CREs to ensure retention
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in collections (loan recovery preferred)
Graduate (Mandatory)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic leadership and team‑handling skills
Ability to work under targets and pressure
