Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the collection team and daily collection activities.

• Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments.

• Set collection targets and ensure achievement of monthly targets.

• Allocate accounts and collection activities to team members.

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue EMIs/payments.

• Handle difficult customer cases and support the team in resolution.

• Track collection performance and prepare regular MIS/reports.

• Coordinate with the management and other departments regarding collection and recovery.

• Ensure that all collection activities are conducted professionally and in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Train, motivate, and improve the performance of the collection team.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 2–5 years of experience in collections/recovery, preferably in an NBFC, bank, or

• financial services company.

• Experience managing a collection team will be preferred.

• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

• Strong knowledge of collection and recovery processes.

• Target-oriented, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel/MIS will be an advantage.
