Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to promote and sell e-Resources, digital databases, e-books, e-journals, and other online information products to academic institutions, universities, colleges, libraries, research organizations, and corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, emails, references, online research, and market visits.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for customers, either online or in person.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with publishers, suppliers, and internal teams for pricing, product information, trials, and subscriptions.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and sales in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the accounts and operations teams for order processing, invoicing, subscription activation, and renewals.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in e-Resources, publishing, library products, academic products.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to prepare presentations and sales proposals.
BBA or MBA in Marketing
