Collection Executive

We are seeking dedicated Telecalling Collections Executives to join our team. In this role, agents are primarily responsible for reaching out to customers with overdue loans, encouraging timely repayment, and assisting them with settlement or foreclosure processes. This position offers a salary range of ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 in a vibrant, growth-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers with pending loan payments and insist on timely repayment using a professional and persuasive approach.​

• Communicate payment status, explain settlement or foreclosure options, and negotiate repayment plans with customers.​

• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints related to collections or recovery matters, and provide accurate, relevant information.​

• Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions, agreements, and follow-ups in the system.​

• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases when necessary.​

• Ensure confidentiality of customer data at all times and adhere to company and regulatory guidelines.​

• Meet performance targets including call handling time, recovery amounts, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates.​
  

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification is 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) with 0–3 years of relevant experience in collections, recovery, or customer service.​

• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.​

• Ability to handle challenging situations and persistent follow-up requirements professionally and patiently.​

• Comfortable working a 6-day week during the Day shift.

• Experience using CRM or collections management software is a plus.
