Job Title: Collection Executive

Company: Respo Financial Capital Pvt. Ltd. (NBFC)

Timing: 10 AM – 7 PM | 6 Days Working

Benefits: PF + ESIC provided

Job Role:

Make reminder calls to customers in bucket 0, 1, 2, and 3 for loan recovery.

Follow up for overdue payments and maintain daily collection records.

Handle tele-calling and coordinate with field staff if needed.

Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Maintain professionalism and comp
