Fashion Preneur Club is looking for a responsible, empathetic, and customer-focused Collections Executive to manage fee collections and payment follow-ups for our premium membership programs. This role is not just about numbers — it’s about building trust, ensuring clarity, and delivering a smooth financial experience to every member.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage daily fee collections & online payment follow-ups

✅ Maintain reminders, trackers & MIS reports

✅ Communicate professionally via calls, emails & WhatsApp

✅ Handle member payment queries with clarity & empathy

✅ Coordinate with Accounts/Operations for verification & reporting

Requirements

✅ Graduate with 1–3 years of experience in collections/tele calling/accounts

✅ Strong communication & negotiation skills

✅ Proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets

✅ Organized, polite & target-driven
