🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of collection executives to achieve assigned collection targets.

• Monitor daily performance, maintain productivity, and provide guidance to team members.

• Handle secured debt accounts and ensure timely follow-ups to reduce delinquency.

• Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and regulatory norms (RBI/Company policy).

• Review MIS reports, analyze portfolio performance, and implement improvement strategies.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and escalate high-risk cases when necessary.

• Handle customer escalations professionally and ensure timely resolution.

• Conduct regular training and performance evaluations for team members.
