• Handle back-office operations and customer enquiries (mail/calls).

• Prepare and send customer quotations.

• Generate and follow up on customer requirements.

• Assist in customer negotiations.

• Conduct vendor research for pricing/details.

• Send company profiles to potential clients.

• Manage data entry and documentation.

• Support project processing and coordination.

• Do basic market research and data analysis.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
