Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute to our sales team’s success. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, maintaining good customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
2. Present, promote, and sell company products/services using solid communication skills.
3 Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
4. Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information in CRM/software.
5. Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve daily/monthly targets.
6. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or telemarketing.
2. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
3. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
4. Positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
