We are seeking a dedicated Collection Executive to join our team at MARK 1 Services. This role involves conducting professional outbound collection calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and resolving account-related inquiries. Primary Duties:

• Conduct professional outbound calls to recover outstanding loan amounts from customers

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage service complaints effectively

• Maintain detailed records of all customer communications and ensure timely follow-ups

• Deliver accurate information and guidance to customers for effective issue resolution

• Achieve designated performance goals and collaborate across departments for complex case management

Candidate Requirements: We require candidates with a minimum 12th grade education and at least 1 year of relevant experience. The successful candidate will handle customer concerns, resolve complaints, and escalate complex matters when appropriate. This position requires availability for a 6-day work week with 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM shift timings.
