Job Description

The Collection Executive is responsible for ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments from customers, reducing overdue accounts, and maintaining healthy cash flow while following company policies and ethical collection practicesFollow up with customers for pending payments via calls, emails, and visitsMaintain accurate records of all collection activities and customer communicationsMonitor aging reports and prioritize overdue accountsNegotiate payment plans with customers when requiredResolve billing issues and disputes in coordination with internal teamsEnsure collections are in compliance with company policies and legal guidelinesPrepare daily/weekly/monthly collection reportsMeet assigned collection targets and timelinesEscalate critical or long-pending cases to managementBuild and maintain positive relationships with customersSkills & CompetenciesStrong communication and negotiation skillsGood knowledge of collection processes and billing cyclesAbility to handle difficult conversations professionallyAttention to detail and documentation accuracyTime management and target-oriented approachBasic knowledge of accounting and finance conceptsProficiency in MS Excel and CRM/ERP systems
