Job Description
We are looking for a Tele Collection Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Strong communication and negotiation skills, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations are essential. You must also ensure compliance with relevant regulations while working towards achieving collection targets and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach: Initiate contact with customers to address overdue payments.
Negotiation: Negotiate and establish repayment plans based on the customer’s financial situation.
Communication: Clearly explain payment options, terms, and consequences to customers.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and agreements.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements during the collection process.
Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and empathetically.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues or disputes related to payments.
Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to monitor payment progress and provide necessary support.
Data Security: Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information.

Languages Required: Hindi and basic English
Qualifications: Minimum qualification – 10th Pass; 12th Pass/Graduates preferred
Working Days: 6 days a week with rotational week off
