· Candidate will have to work as a Tele caller.

· Need to call to the customers for collecting their outstanding dues

· Need to work for Banks for their collection & recovery services

· Best in class performance incentive.

· Keeping track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.

· Planning course of action to recover outstanding payments.

· Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans.

· Must have good convincing skills.

· Preference to DRA passed candidates.

· Must have Education qualification 10th PASS / 12th STD. / Any degree
