  Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients to recover outstanding payments through phone calls, emails.

• Maintain detailed records of collection activities and client communications.

• Resolve billing disputes and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments.

• Achieve collection targets and reduce the number of delinquent accounts.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly collection reports.
