Job Description:
We are looking for telecallers to follow up with customers for pending bank loan/credit card payments. The role involves making calls, explaining dues, and helping customers to clear their payments on time.

Responsibilities:

• Make daily follow-up calls to customers

• Explain payment details clearly

• Maintain call records and updates

• Achieve monthly recovery targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Experience in collections (preferred)

• Freshers can also apply

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
