Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Tele-caller

Location: Oshiwara, Andheri (West), Mumbai
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Collection Tele-caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers to remind them of pending payments, following up on overdue accounts, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and courteous approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending or overdue payments.

• Follow up with customers to ensure timely payment collection.

• Explain outstanding dues and available payment options.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.

• Resolve basic customer queries related to payments and escalate complex issues when required.

• Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to update payment status and customer records.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and collection procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.

• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, collections, customer service, or a similar role.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of Marathi is an added advantage.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM systems preferred).

• Ability to handle customers professionally and work under targets.
