Collection Executive

Responsibilities:

• Contacting borrowers with overdue loan accounts to discuss their repayment status and encourage timely payments. 

• Working with borrowers to establish feasible repayment plans based on their financial situations. 

• Providing clear and concise information about the loan terms, repayment options, and any associated fees. 

• Accurately documenting all interactions with borrowers, including payment arrangements, promises to pay, and any follow-up actions

• Identifying and escalating complex or problematic accounts to senior team members or other relevant departments for further action. 

• Achieving individual and team goals related to overdue loan resolution and overall collection efficiency. 

• Representing Lendingkart in a professional and ethical manner during all interactions with borrowers. 

• Familiarity with loan agreements, repayment schedules, and other relevant paperwork.
