🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

• Explain banking/insurance products to customers

• Achieve daily or monthly calling and sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Follow process guidelines and ensure quality standards

• Communicate clearly in English and Hindi (regional language preferred for some processes)
