Collection Executive

We are looking for a Collection Executive to join our team at Chapersons Services Private Limited. This role involves handling calls, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing queries and concerns related to Banking. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone to notify them about outstanding debts

  •Negotiate payment plans and repayment schedules with customers

  •Resolve disputes or conflicts related to payments

  •Identify and address any issues or reasons for non-payment

  •Collaborate with the finance team to implement strategies for debt management

  •Provide regular reports on collection activities for outstanding debts

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. DRA Certificate mandatory You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift.
