Collection Executive

We are looking for Collections Officer/ Tele caller-Collections for loan recovery & collections.

Calling & Collecting payments from delinquent customers.

Updating & maintaining customers feedback file

Meeting the Team & Individual targets on a daily/weekly & monthly basis

Responsible to follow collection code of conducts.

6 months of Minimum work experience in Personal Loan/Credit Card/Mortgage/Home Loans loan in Banking & NBFCs.

Added advantage if the candidate is DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) certified.

Team player should be able to work under pressure.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word is compulsory.

Good communication & networking skills.

Additional language like Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu, will be an advantage.
