Job Opportunity: Collections Specialist - Repayments (Voice Process)
We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Collections Specialist to join our Repayments team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in assisting customers in managing their outstanding credit card bills and contributing to their financial well-being.
Experience Range: 2-5 years in tele-calling, customer service, or collections (collection experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to customers with outstanding credit card bills
- Explain the benefits of timely repayment and assist customers in selecting convenient payment methods
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to persuade customers to complete due bill payments through suitable repayment options
- Handle objections, negotiate payment terms, and resolve conflicts with a customer-centric approach
- Build rapport with customers to understand their financial situations and constraints
- Address customer queries and concerns with empathy, providing clear and accurate information
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain composure during customer interactions
- Previous experience in tele-calling or customer service (preferred)
- Effective objection handling and negotiation skills
- Empathetic approach towards understanding customer situations
- Basic knowledge of credit card processes and repayment options (desirable)
